DATASTORE provides a Disaster Recovery option for completion by the client via our software. This option details the clients' basic procedural information for the Company to follow in the event of a data center emergency, disaster or disaster test. This information resides on-line in our software program. DATASTORE provides the following disaster recovery services:

	The secure and immediate transfer of data from DATASTORE’s vault facility to your designated back-up or "hot-site" via air or ground transportation for disaster recovery testing or actual disaster events
	Implementation of a temporary command post within the DATASTORE facility in the event of an isolated disaster
	Extra labor personnel at your designated "hot-site" for recovery assistance
	Seamless continuation of your off-site storage service from your "hot-site" location to the DATASTORE vault facility for the duration of your recovery or test
	In addition to the above, DATASTORE has the flexibility to incorporate other pre-determined products and services, as necessary, to help meet your disaster recovery needs
