Ball President Mike has held executive leadership positions in the records, document/content management, imaging and advance technology industries for almost 30 years. Mike brings a strong track record of success in sales, marketing, business strategy, and operations to his position as President of Datastore. Prior to joining Datastore, Mike served as senior vice president of marketing and products at Clearview Software, the industry’s first enterprise content management suite built exclusively for Microsoft SharePoint. Mike also served as the general manager of the imaging and document management business group at EMC/Documentum through a key evolutionary and transitional period of rapid growth, acquisition, and product expansion. Prior to EMC, he served as the vice president of marketing and product management at Macrosoft (SER Solutions) where he was a key contributor to the business strategy and subsequent success experienced by the company over his 11 year tenure. A highlight of the early phase of his career found him leading information management systems operations and technology at the Federal Reserve Bank in Baltimore, Maryland. Joseph E. Lindahl Chief Financial Officer Joe brings over 20 years experience as the chief financial officer for organizations in the manufacturing, wholesale, service and construction industries where he was responsible for overseeing the management of all corporate financial functions. In addition to his corporate finance experience, Joe also has over eight years of public accounting experience. Prior to joining Datastore, Joe was the tax manager for a large insurance holding company. His wide range of financial experience has helped Datastore expand into business areas that compliment the organization’s traditional core competencies and offerings. Joe was born and raised in the Milwaukee area and is a Certified Public Accountant. Michelle Wachtel Human Resource Manager Michelle joined the organization in 2008, and brought with her over ten years of Human Resource leadership experience in combination with expertise from multiple industries to the company. Michelle manages all aspects of Human Resources including: recruiting and retention, safety, benefits administration, compensation, performance management and employee relations. In January 2009, with the help of a peer committee, Michelle launched an employee benefit initiative focusing on employee wellness and development which strives to enrich employees and make Datastore a rewarding and enjoyable work environment. Michael McCue General Manager, Records Division Mike has been with Datastore where he initiated his professional career over 16 years ago. During his tenure, he has personally experienced each aspect of the operations and management of a successful commercial records center, and has subsequently developed a keen understanding of the strategic aspects of maintaining quality and service, while scaling a large records program with a complete portfolio of security-oriented services and product offerings. Mike has been serving as the operations manager at Datastore since 2004 where he has successfully pioneered process refinements and procedural enhancements that allowed Datastore to maintain a leadership position in the industry at a time while regulations and security, confidentiality and privacy placed high demands and emphasis on the operations of Datastore. In December 2008 Mike was recognized for his long-term contribution to the historical and future success of the organization by being named to the role of general manager. Kenneth F. Weil Media/ Vault Manager Ken has been in the records management and vault operations for over 14 years in various markets across the country, including Denver, Colorado and Chicago, Illinois. Throughout his career, Ken has served in a wide variety of management capacities in the information management and data protection specialization including Vault Operations Manager, Records Operations Manager and most recently, Facilities and Vault Operations Manager. Ken has been influential in the records industry with his involvement and membership in the national records management and data protection conferences offering strategic solutions to the security and safe-keeping demands that face organization’s in today’s market. Matt Engibous Technology Service Manager Matt is the newest addition to Datastore’s leadership team, bringing a wealth of technology, enterprise content management (ECM), project implementation and project management to the organization. Matt joined Datastore from Fiserv where he had served as installation project manager and been a key contributor to their ECM support and project implementation team since 2001. Matt’s vast experience in planning, implementing, and supporting sophisticated enterprise content, document solutions – along with his relevant experience with Microsoft SharePoint - highly complements Datastore’s evolving and growing business solution and service portfolio. Bryan Bastar Account Executive Bryan has been providing sales leadership and consulting services to customers in the document and records management industry for over 10 years, with the last 7 focusing on comprehensive vital information management solutions. He has helped customers design processes and services that best suit their business needs as well as provide them with the consultative views on how best to manage, securely store, and ultimately – yet securely – destroy information at the end of its business lifecycle. Bryan has been with Datastore since its inception in 2002 and has played an integral role in the growth of key areas including physical records storage, document imaging and scan services, as well as off-site data protection/media vaulting. Bryan is also an active member in local, national and international professional organizations including PRISM, NRC, WALA, and ARMA where he has previously served on the Board of Directors. Laurie Fernandez Account Executive Laurie brings over 18 years of consultative sales and scanning/imaging solutions expertise to Datastore. Her integrity along with her focus on her client’s business requirements in combination with her high-quality service commitment have allowed Laurie to be highly-valued and respected by her customers over their long business relationships. Prior to joining Datastore, Laurie was an account executive with the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA). BNA is the largest independent publisher of information and analysis products for professionals in business and government. Laurie also spent 16 years at Standard Register, a leading document services provider, offering consulting, technology, design, printing and staffing.
